This project aims to create a structured program to support children and teens in schools by offering referrals, case management, teamwork with community organizations, training, and a shared data system. Its main goal is to lower the chances of students getting involved with the criminal justice system and to prevent injuries.

To achieve this, the project focuses on helping schools better prevent and address violence, building strong partnerships with community groups, and increasing family involvement in students’ education and growth. Together, these efforts will create a safer, more supportive school environment, leading to better outcomes for students.
